On 1st of August, we had the opportunity to attend a training on 2%designation mechanism for CSOs, delivered by Legal Resource Center from Moldova, within a project financed by USAID.

The following topics were discussed:

  • What does the percentage designation mechanism means?
  • How does this designation mechanism work?
  • Effectiveness and practicability of this mechanism.
  • Reporting on use of percentage designation.
  • Responsibilities and sanctions.
  • Access to information.
  • 2% informing campaign.
  • Instruments and communication channels.
